After  a few very stressful days with consequential exciting changes for the near future, my plan for the weekend was to CHILL. Reading a good book, making an appointment at my very own home spa including mani and pedi, decorating the place with fresh flowers and finally a bit spring cleaning in my wardrobe. Next week’s forecast says 28 degree Celsius (although it’s raining cats and dogs right now), that means shorts, summer dresses and sandals. I am so ready for it! And while I was browsing the web for summery fashion and style inspiration, I found a few links I’d like to share. Enjoy!

Given my recent post about the all black street life, one could expect another picture gallery featuring style icons dressed in orange. Well, nope. This is not a post about the new trend colour but the title of a brilliant net-series, I binge-watched this summer. There are a few good shows out there besides The Wire, Boardwalk Empire and the like, that I wanted to write about for a while already. Now, that autumn is here and cocooning at home is happening more often again, I decided to do so with this article. So, get yourself a cup of tea or a glass of wine, snuggle down in your cosy blanket on the couch and be prepared for smart and funny entertainment.

With the autumn at present and winter in sight, it’s time for a few cold weather reads and tv series. Snuggling up in a cosy blanket, the smell of a hot chai latte or cocoa fills the air and within seconds you are entering another world.

My love for books and all time favourites will be a story for another post. For today’s list I focus on the reads and tv series that wowed me over the past couple of months.
